My husband and I recently celebrated his birthday with a visit to the charming art and birding community of Patagonia, Arizona. We stayed in this cottage apartment at Cross Creek Cottages.
With a few carrots, we easily made friends with the rescued burros who live on the property. Pearl enjoying some pets after a carrot snack.
We spent a morning on a birding and plant identification walk with naturalist and conservationist Vincent Pinto on his beautiful 42 acre property "Raven's Nest" just outside Patagonia.
So much to do in southern Arizona, it is hard to keep up!
